Dr. Dre Buys New House in Brentwood (California) For $40 Million

He was already looking at buying this house before he closed the deal with Aple, but buying the house now gives the story more boost. Yup! Dr. Dre just dropped a cool $40,000,000 for Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's Brentwood, California mansion. The home boast of five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a six-car garage, a gym, an infinite pool, a sauna, a wine cellar, and a couple of other cool qualities. Check out the pictures of the house below.

DJ Mustard Says He Needs to Be 'Producer Of The Year' For Every Award Show in 2014

In a recent interview on HARDKNOCK TV, LA beat-maker/music producer, DJ Mustard said he needs to be 'producer of the year' for every award show this year. Well, what can I say, he has produced a lot of hit songs the last couple of months. He made 2 Chainz 'I'm Different' track from last year, and T-Pain's Up Down, also from last year. As for this year, the list is endless...but I will name a few- Kid Ink's Show Me (which features Chris Brown), Ty Dolla $ign's Paranoid, and Rick Ross's Sanctified.

MC Eiht Gives Update on Album With DJ Premier

We heard a lot of the supposed full length album between Nas and DJ Premier, but it still hasn't come to fruition after all these years. The Premier collabo album that is sure right now is the one with Veteran California rapper, MC Eiht. During his recent interview with HipHopDX, Eiht said he and Premier are still working on the album, but that it would definitely be dropping this summer.

"It's gonna come out before the Summer ends. Me and DJ Premier are finally finishing it up. We finally got all the paperwork ready and all the music together. We just did a cut with Bumpy Knuckles last night. It's gonna be a fun project, and a lotta people thinking it's gonna be like a total East Coast sound cause of Premier, but it's a real diverse album as far as what's expected from Eiht and DJ Premier. It's gonna be a classic in that form with just some real underground Hip Hop. Premier is in Switzerland right now, but he's got Pro Tools with him. Like I said, we did a cut with Bumpy Knuckles last night and he's mixing it, so we gonna get Rage (The Lady of Rage) on the record and then we got Xzibit and Maylay and we should be good."

This would definitely be dope; and I like the idea that MC Eiht is collaborating with rappers from the old era. I wont say I have heard a lot of MC Eiht's music, but his verse on 'm.A.A.d City' off Kendrick Lamar's GKMC album made me an instant fan. Let's wait and see how things turn out.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Mansion

Kanye West and her girlfriend,  Kim Kardashian were seen out yesterday, inspecting their $10,725,000 Bel Air (California) mansion. The couple purchased the house a few months ago, and went ahead to start renovations on it, even though it was brand new when they got it. The property sits on 10,000 square feet, and when completed will have a gym, full hair and makeup salon, movie theatre, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool, and a bowling alley.

Who would have thought that a young artist like Tyga would be able to afford a $6.5 million mansion; I congratulate him The home covers 9,279 square foot; it has a pool, movie theatre, tennis court, gym...It boast of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia just purchased a $26.5 million home in Santa Barbara, California. The couple started dating in 2004, and legally got married in August, 2008. In case you don't know her, Ellen DeGeneres is a comedian, actress, and TV show host. Her talk-show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show kicked off in September of 2003, and is still a favourite on daytime TV. Although Ellen's coming out in 1997 was like a double-edged sword- she enjoyed increased fame, but also suffered some career setbacks which lead to depression- things are great in her world currently.

40 Glocc Gets Beat Up by Game

Over the weekend, at a pool party somewhere in California, Rapper Game and his crew "jumped" 40 Glocc, and gave him a beat-down. In case you didn't know, 40 Glocc is G-Unit affiliated, and has been known in the past to jump other rappers like "plies" and "lil wayne" for no apparent reason than to show that he was a gangsta... I guess this is payback.





I think what makes this a sweet payback is that it was filmed, and you can check it out here- 40 glocc gets jumped by Game. I would have said maybe Game is to old and too rich for something like this, but if you watched the video, you would get the notion, from the way Game attacked 40, that he did it with annoyance..he probably felt bad when 40 Glocc did something similar to his friend, Lil Wayne.


The video is really raw...although it is short, it shows Game punching 40 in the face, and have 40 staggering, and falling. The pic you are looking at above was what 40 posted on twitter after the altercation...trying to report the news before Game did, to reduce the blow on his image.
