Rick Ross Plans to Use 109-Room Georgia Mansion For Charity Purpose

Last month, Rick Ross bought Evander Holyfield's 109-room mansion, and it left me wondering what the Boss was going to do with it. Well, my thoughts have been put to the rest. It appears Ross plans to use the mansion as a recreational center for the youths in the Fayetteville County area...to help steer them away from living negative lives.

MTV News learned that the deal, which has been in the works for some time, was finally closed on Tuesday and the big-time rapper has big-time plans for the space. Aside from living there, Ross plans to use the property for his developing In a Big Way charity. A Ross rep told us that the Boss' vision is to bring inner-city youngsters to the property and let them utilize all of the luxurious amenities like the Olympic-sized swimming pool, baseball field and horse stable, in an effort to take them out of their element and bring a positive influence to their lives. Rick Ross Buys Evander Hollyfield's 109-Room Georgia Mansion

He already has a mansion in Miami that is worth $5 million, but I am guessing the boss wants to live like a real BOSS. He recently acquired Evander Hollyfield's former Georgia mansion; the legendary boxer moved out of the house in 2012, after it was foreclosed. This is something for Ross's haters to munch on. The house has 109 rooms; it covers a space of 54, 000 square foot, and sits on 150,000 acres; it has an indoor and outdoor pool, a bowling alley, a baseball field, theater and a dinning room that sits up to 100 people.






Because of the nature the house was sold (bank auction), Rick Ross got it for a pretty good price- $8 million. people were laughing at Ross last year for only making $6 million, when he makes it seem like he makes lots more than that on his songs. I guess we can assume that Forbes ain't calculating those numbers right. Or maybe he is into some businesses that he doesn't let the public here about. Check out the pictures below. Looking at the size of the house, I am thinking maybe Ross might have plans of renting it out, and not actually living in it. I don't know what he plans to do, but renting it out would be a beautiful source of income for him.

Gianni Versace's Miami Mansion Sold For $41.5 Million

Late Italian designer, Gianni Versace's Miami mansion was sold off over the weekend for $41.5 million. Gianni purchased the home in 1992 for $2.9 million, and spent over $33 million to remodel it to his taste. He lived in the mansion till he was murdered by assassins in front of his gate back in 1997.

The mansion...I don't think I should call it a mansion, maybe calling it a Palace will fit better. The Palace sits on 23,000 square feet, boasts 10 rooms, 11 bathroom, a pool inlaid with 24 karat gold, marble-and-gold toilet, and Italian marble floors. The estate was actually put up for a bankruptcy bid after the former owner, a Mr. Peter Loftin (who bought the house from the Versace family 3 years after Gianni was killed) went bankrupt, and had to surrender the ownership of the house. People that showed interest in getting the house include David Beckham and Donald Trump.

The highest bidder became Joe Nakash, whose family owns the Jordache denim brand. He plans to turn the mansion to a hotel, as his family own a hotel next door to it. Check out picture of the monument below-

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Mansion

Kanye West and her girlfriend,  Kim Kardashian were seen out yesterday, inspecting their $10,725,000 Bel Air (California) mansion. The couple purchased the house a few months ago, and went ahead to start renovations on it, even though it was brand new when they got it. The property sits on 10,000 square feet, and when completed will have a gym, full hair and makeup salon, movie theatre, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool, and a bowling alley.

YMCMB artist, Tyga currently lives in a $6.5 million Calabasas (California) mansion with his girlfriend, Blac Chyna and their son, King Cairo. Who would have thought that a young artist like Tyga would be able to afford a $6.5 million mansion; I congratulate him The home covers 9,279 square foot; it has a pool, movie theatre, tennis court, gym...It boast of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Knight Rider Actor, David Hasselhoff Buys New $1.95 Million

I remember being a kid and being mesmerized by Knight Rider; the talking car was just too futuristic in the 80s. David Hasselhoff is now 60, but he is still living the life. He just got himself a $1.95 million dollar mansion in Calabasas, LA. Asides from Hasselhoff appearing in TV series Knight Rider and Baywatch, he also had a music career in the late 80s and early 90s. In recent times, he has been a judge on a couple of music talent hunt shows like America's Got Talent and British Got Talent.

Rihanna Buys $12 Million L.A Mansion

Rihanna just paid $12 million for a 7 bedroom mansion off the coast of the Pacific Ocean in L.A. I think she has worked hard enough to deserve this...working non-stop for 7 years ain't easy, you have to pay yourself big time. But from the pics below, I'm surprised the house has just 7 rooms. I always use my parents home as a yardstick for most of these houses...my parents house is just about a third of the size of Rihanna's house, and they have 5 large rooms.

Earlier this year she purchased a brand new five bedroom home in Barbados, and gave it to her mother Monica Braithwaite.

Now, Rihanna has added to her property portfolio by buying a $12million Pacific Palisades mansion in Los Angeles, California.

The newly constructed home is around 11,000 sq ft and sits on approximately 33,541 sq ft of lot.

It is elevated and poised against the mountain with more than enough space for Rihanna's family and friends to stay over.

Although the property is huge it only has seven bedrooms, but it also includes nine bathrooms and a media and games room to hang out in.

For the culinary wizard in Rihanna there is also an expansive cutting edge kitchen and an extra large dining room with a 14 foot ceiling to serve up her meals. (dailymail.co.uk)
