Kanye West Address's Amber Rose, Whiz Khalifa and Kim Kardashian Issue

Kanye West dated Amber Rose a couple of years ago, and then they broke up and she ended up with Whiz Khalifa. Then he had a little stint with Kim Kardashian, just before she got married to Kris Humphries. The last part about him and Kim Kardashian wasn't that clear, but he has opened up about the whole issue in his latest song- theraflu

Below are some lyrics from the song-

"The whole industry wanna f*ck your old chick / The only n*gga I got respect for is Wiz /And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim, around the same time she had fell in love with him/Well that's cool, baby girl do your thing," Ye raps, "Lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team/La Familia, Roc Nation, we in the building...." 


Controversy sales, and this is great controversy for Kanye's new album dropping soon. This is rumored to be the first single from the album.


Now, back to the lyrics of that song- i have always thought that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West belong together...and i always knew that their short stint was more than just physical. I think they need to get together for real. I think Kim would definitely get with Kanye after this song, cos she has always been a sucker for love, and what Kanye said in this song would definitely get to her.


And about that last line in the lyrics above, that can be questioned. Kris Humpries is Kim's ex-husband, and plays for the New Jersey Nets NBA team, which Jay-Z is a part owner of. So, Kanye's line about having "jay drop him" doesn't hold weight, cos jay really doesn't have that much muscle for that. Jay-Z owns only like 2% of the New Jersey Nets.

Whiz Khalifa Earns Tripple Platinum Status for "Black and Yellow"

It has just been confirmed that Whiz Khalifa's single, Black and Yellow has gone tripple platinum; that means it has sold 3 million copies. I think that is great for the kid. This is the era of ring-tones, and even if your album don't go plat, at least your singles can. But, i don't know...is it good for hiphop?

Earlier today, Wiz Khalifa's latest single "Roll Up" crossed the platinum threshold after selling upwards of one million copies. Now, his breakout hit "Black & Yellow" has been certified triple platinum for sales of three million units, according to a representative from his label Rostrum Records.

After becoming an omnipresent hit and spawning a slew of remixes by other artists, "Black & Yellow" first earned platinum certification on January 14th, hitting the double platinum mark on March 15th. The Stargate-produced jam also topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania rapper is gearing up for his summer "Rolling Papers World Tour," commencing on June 12th at Maryland Heights, Missouri's Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

Whiz Khalifa Says he has no Negativity Towards Kanye West

Whiz Khalifa recently said he has no negative blood towards Kanye West, and he gives no room to such things in his train of thought. In case you don't know, Whiz Khalifa is dating Amber Rose, who happened to be the Ex girlfriend of kanye west. Then, read below, what Khalifa recently said about the whole issue-

“No, (it doesn’t bother me) at all,” Wiz explained to the VOICE Online when asked if he’s bothered by the fact that Rose dated West. “You can’t judge a person by who they were with before. If I’d done that, I would’ve missed out on a great person. There are tons of people who were with somebody and then went on to be with somebody else who they really found love with…There’s no relationship and no negativity because I’ve never met (Kanye). If I do ever meet him, I’ll be nice and cool, as I always am, and hopefully he’ll be the same way.”

Wiz went on to explain that he has no time for the negativity brought on because of his relationship with Rose.

“We’re grownups. And he’s older than I am, so I would absolutely expect him to act in a mature way. I ain’t tripping on anything like that,” said Wiz. “I’ve got so much that I wanna do. I can’t let my goals be tainted with anything negative.”

I think that is pretty cool coming from someone that is just 23 years old. From all interviews i have seen and read on him, he seems to be a really positive individually, and i think it would help him a lot in the music industry...and in life generally.

Whiz Khalifa and Amber Rose Versus Kanye West

Kanye West recently said some less than nice things about his ex, Amber Rose recently, in the presence of she and her new boyfriend, Whiz Khalifa. Read the story below-

After an energetic hour long set at the Californian music festival, West and rapper Wiz Khalifa nearly came to blows in an ugly confrontation over Khalifa's current girlfriend, the model AmberRose. West, who used to date Rose, took a dig at his ex during a performance of his hit song 'Stronger.' The original lyrics of the song includes a line which says: "I'd do anything for a blonde dyke. And she'll do anything if the time's right". Yet, with Rose standing on the side of the stage, West altered the word to: 'I did anything for that blonde dyke. And she did anything when the time's right.' (Independent Online)
 
Afterwards, sources claim, Wiz confronted West about the lyrics, explaining, "Wiz didn't want to fight, he just wanted all this catty bulls**t to end." But the source says that there was no peace made. "Kanye said something to Wiz and next thing you know security and people's entourages were everywhere pushing and shoving. It could have got real ugly." (Zimbio) 

Kanye West has always been a very controversial person, so this should not be new. But i guess it is more of a personal thing. I am sure Kanye misses her in some sort of way, and couldn't take it that she was now dating someone that was younger than her...someone that she was 4 years older than and is 10 years younger than her ex, Kanye.

Who's Hot, And Who's Not

I got to know from you guys- who is hot in hiphop right now, and who is not? There is a lot of talk about rick ross being the hottest right now, and i think i can buy that, but i want to hear from you guys. Please, remember that i said HOT, not the most lyrical or the person who has sold the most rap albums, but just plain simple- who's hot.

I know people will still get me wrong and start mentioning eminem, and jay-z and them. When last did you hear a song from those guys on the radio? And when was the last time they featured on someone else's track and made an impression. I just want to know who you think is hot right now.

I would like to mention some other people that are on the scene and making waves. Nicki Minaj still has her buzz from last year, although i can't say it is on the level it was last year. Maybe lil kim was right- maybe she is just a burning match. But, i think otherwise, because she is very versatile, and skilled.

Lil Wayne? I still don't get that his 6 foot 7 foot song- i think it is not hot  enough to be an album single- and the first single at that. But he is still moving units from his EP I Am Not A Human Being, so that gives you an idea that people are still waiting on new material from him.

Drake? I don't know...i guess he is just aight right now. But i do believe he still has a lot to give.

Whiz Khalifa is definitely hot right now, and his album just dropped- Rolling Papers. I haven't gotten it yet, so i can not rate it. I am going to know how much it did in its first week in stores today. But already, estimations don't put him above the first week of lasers.

Yeah, that takes me to LUPE FIASCO. Lupe is not the type to jump on so many songs, because of his style, but he is doing pretty good. The official first single off the album (LASERS) "The Show Goes On" has already been certified GOLD; that means it has sold 500,000 copies as a single. I think that is pretty good. So, as for this year, Lupe Fiasco still has the highest selling rap album- that is for rap albums that dropped this year.

Yeah, you got to mention the guy who put lupe on- Kanye West. Kanye still has the buzz from last year, but i was really thinking he was going to own the first quarter of this year with that ALL OF THE LIGHTS track. That track is a banger, and i thought it would performance better than it is doing so far.

Wale is also hot, and a lot of people are complaining about his move to Rick Ross's Maybach Music imprint. Me, i think it is a smart move. He signed with the label this year, and he is already everywhere...i am just happy he is not going to end up like J.Cole. Cole has a lot of talent, but i guess jay-z does not have his time, because seriously, he is meant to have dropped his album by now. I guess the Roc Nation is not going to be as strong as jay planned it to be.

I got to mention my man GAME, even though he is more or less bubbling under the radar. He has been dropping dope mixtapes for the last 24 months or so, but i think we need an album from him, so he needs to work on that. He was widely complemented on the dopeness of his last mixtape- Purp and Patron, which was a double cd mixtape. I downloaded it and i got to say it was beyond what i expected from game. But, i think he needs to focus more on getting his album out.
