Lil Wayne Is Resting In The Hospital

TMZ had the whole world running crazy Friday night when they exaggerated the health status of Lil Wayne. Wayne had had another seizure, and had been rushed to the hospital for treatment. Things stabilized after he got to the hospital, but TMZ reported to the world that Lil Wayne's friends and family were gathering around him in the hospital, and saying their last prayers as Wayne was about to give up. Anyway, Mack Maine and other YMCMB people set the record straight on twitter that same day.











Lil Wayne is, right now at Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A resting. He has been there since he was brought in on Friday. Nicki Minaj, Birdman, Drake and some other big names have been to the hospital to pay him a visit at different times since the incidence. You can see a pic of Nicki Minaj arriving the hospital with get-well-soon balloons in hand below. I don't know if this whole issue will help or hurt the sales of his "I Am Not A Human Being" album which drops next week Tuesday (26th of March). I hope he gets well soon.

Mack Maine Sets Record Straight On Lil Wayne's Condition

Mack Maine, Lil Wayne's friend, and president of Young Money Records has updated the public on the condition of Wayne's health. Just a few minutes ago, a breaking news hit the internet, mostly originating from TMZ.com, that Wayne had been rushed to the hospital, and was in the I.C.U under coma. Breaking News: Lil Wayne Rushed To Hospital...Currently In Coma

I brought you a story a couple of hours ago of Lil Wayne having a seizure on Tuesday, while he was on set of the shoot for a new video in LA. The sad news is that, he had another seizure a few hours ago, and this one seems more serious. News from TMZ is that Wayne was shaking uncontrollably and he didn't stabilize after getting to the hospital. He had to be put under induced coma.




Lil Wayne is currently in the I.C.U (Intensive Care Unit) of the hospital, and is surrounded by friends and family, who are praying for the 30 year old rapper. I pray he gets better, and stay off the drugs. Doctors found a high amount of Codeine in his system after his earlier treatment on Tuesday.

Lil Wayne Suffers Multiple Seizures On Music Video Set

Last year October, a plane carrying Lil Wayne had to make an emergency landing off course when Wayne had a seizure on-board. And now, at the set of a new video in Los Angeles on Tuesday, he had to be rushed  to the hospital when he suffered  from another set of seizures.







The doctor that examined him the last time put him on seizure medications, and advised him to drink at least 4 bottles of water daily, to help combat dehydration, which was said to have been one of the courses of his last seizure. I ain't really good with all the medical terms cos I stopped taking any type of drugs like 5 years ago. I don't do drugs,  so I really don't know what could be responsible for the regular occurrence of seizures in Lil Wayne's life.

Rick Ross's Bad Health

Rick Ross has been on the rise in the hip hop industry and music industry as a whole of late, but his health has been on the decline. He suffered two seizures on the same day last year October, and took some weeks off to take care of his health. He also had to put a hold on the release of his 5th album, God Forgives I don't. Now, in recent news, it was said that he had another seizure a couple of days ago in his hotel room before a show he was meant to perform at.

And now it's been revealed by a promotion company in Guyana, where Rozay was set to perform yesterday, that he canceled his concert there because of a "medical emergency." Here's a portion of what Hits and Jams Entertainment released in a statement: "His management has given an undertaking that once he is cleared by doctors they are willing to work on an alternative date for the Guyana show." If this ends up being true, we certainly wish Rozay the best in his recovery. (Complex)

Ross was also a no-show for a Houston concert over the weekend.

A Rick Ross show at the newly renamed Bayou Music Center (formerly Verizon Wireless Theater) was cut short on Saturday night because one thing was missing: Rick Ross. The show, which included Ross understudy Ace Hood and Alief's own Tank Law, was presented by promoters Real Uprizing. Conflicting reports continue to stream in as to the true reason for the absence of the Maybach Music boss. The openers took the stage as scheduled, but after an extended set by Go DJ Big Tho, the crowd became restless. At about ten minutes until midnight, an announcement was made that Rick Ross had suffered a seizure at his hotel and would be unable to perform. (Houston Press)

Personally, i think he needs to take like 4 months off and just take care of his health..and maybe lose some weight. He also needs to change the title of his album from God Forgive I Don't, to anything else. I am not a very religious person, but i believe in- what you send out in vibration is what you get back. That title is definitely sending out bad vibes. I wish him all the best, cos i know how difficult it can be for him to stop pursing his career for a while at this time...he is at the top of his game right now.

Rick Ross's Close Friends and Associates Comment on His Situation

Last weekend, Rick Ross had two seizures in one day on different planes, trying to get to Memphis. He was hospitalized, but has since been discharged. He is now taking time to rest, and his close friends and associates, Pill, DJ Khaled and ex girlfriend have come forward to comment on Rick Ross's present situation.

“It’s the boss, it’s Ricky Rozay. We got a strong hold on the game right now, the game belongs to MMG. So if the boss is in any trouble, everybody’s gonna be concerned,” Pill told DJ Green Lantern. “I myself and the rest of the MMG, we’re very concerned. He good right now. Ross go hard, nonstop, pause. He don’t really take no breaks so I think that just was a result of him not taking breaks. But the most he ever needs is a week off and he good.”

“I am not leaving his side. He is resting, he is chilling and he is actually super focused. He is at the crib and is going to rest and just chill until he gets his energy back. He is going to take everything one day by day,” he said. “I told him he has to stay home for two weeks. I told him he has got to just chill and reIax. I told him he is a big enough star that he can just stay home. His life is more important.”




As they both said, he needs to take time out and rest from that busy schedule of his. His ex girlfriend and actress, Elise Neal also commented on the situation.


"I think they're [his record label] pushing him too hard," Elise tells RumorFix. "I know he's very career driven, but I don't think they take enough time to care about what they're doing to his body. They don't think about him or his health, pushing him to do all these videos, pushing tours and shows. He is not 20 years old anymore -- no one seems to care about him really or overall his health...If you have a medical emergency ... if you have the people who are closest around you saying 'You're alright' -- you're going to be more apt to say 'I'm alright.'"
