Things are changing, and people are becoming more liberal towards the LGBT community in Hip Hop. Of cos, there is still no openly gay male rapper doing rap music, but there are a couple of gay female rappers that are doing their thing right now.


Although many suspect, it has never been confirmed that Queen Latifah is a lesbian, so she isn't on this list. The three that made this list have proudly embraced their sexuality, and the world has accepted them that way. Below are the three hottest lesbian and bisexual rappers in Hip Hop. 

Russell Crowe Kicks Azealia Banks out of His Hotel Suite

I don't think I have read any news about this chick that doesn't have drama attached to it in some way or the other. I confess, I don't even know the title of any of her songs. She is always playing 'victim' and hates everyone. In the latest news, a party was held Saturday night (in a hotel suite) by ace Hollywood actor, Russell Crowe, and she (Azealia Banks) happened to be RZA's guest at the party. Things got a little bit out of control, and Russell had to kick Miss Banks out. 

This is according to TMZ...read their breakdown of what allegedly happened below. 

"Russell Crowe bounced rapper Azealia Banks out of his hotel suite when she turned into the "plus one" from hell and threatened to cut his guests and watch them bleed ... according to multiple witnesses.
 
The bizarre incident went down Saturday night at Russell's room at a Bev Hills hotel, where he'd invited about 10 people over to have dinner and listen to music. One of his guests was RZA, who brought Azealia along. 

According to eyewitness accounts the trouble started when Azealia laughed out loud at Russell's music selection, and then called him and at least one other guest, "boring white men." We're told a female guest jumped to Russell's defense and suggested Banks pipe down.

I'm beginning to believe that maybe Azealia Banks has a crush on T.I. I mean, why is the girl always picking on T.I? Last week, she said some negative things about him and his wife, Tiny on Twitter. But this wasn't the first time she has done something like that. She has attacked T.I on social media a couple of times in the past, and I am thinking, why always T.I? Hmm! So, she stood next to T.I at the event so he would talk to her. If I recall, their last twitter encounter was about two years ago. If you don't have an obsession with someone, you wouldn't hold on to something like that for that long. So, she probably stood next to him, hoping that he would initiate a conversation with her. The latest social media war is that of Azealia Banks and T.I. Recently, T.I dropped the first single off his Paperwork album, titled No Mediocre. The song features Iggy Azalea. A$AP Rocky Says Azealia Banks Needs to Get Off the Beefing

A$AP Rocky is the new rapper on the rise, although i confess i haven't heard much of his music though. In a recent interview, he said Azealia Banks was cool, but that she needs to stop beefing the OG's in Hip Hop and focus on her career. I think that is a good advise from him to her. In case you don't know her, she is...well, i don't know much about her either. I actually got to know about her some weeks ago when she was beefing with Iggy Azalea and T.I...and then the current not to mature disrespectful words she fired at Lil Kim on twitter.

Anyway, below is what A$AP Rocky said about her-


“I like her for what she’s worth. I do think she gotta chill out with the beefin’ and all that other stuff and disrespecting the OG’s. She the homegirl, so it ain’t nothin’ but a little talk to her. I think if she stays out of trouble she’ll have longevity.”

Azealia Banks Fires Shots at Lil Kim on Twitter

A couple weeks ago, i read news that Azealia Banks and Iggy Azalea were beefing. But the funny thing was that, i didn't even know who either chick was. I guess i had seen the names on hip hop sites a couple of times, but i didn't know who they were. I did a little research and found out they were both up and coming female rappers in the game, and Iggy was was signed to T.I's Grand Hustle Label. Then i come online today and i read that the same Azealia Banks was now sending shots at Lil Kim on twitter.

You need to read the tweets and news surrounding it before i go on-

"Okay so true tea is that Lil Kim got mad that I wrote a verse for her on a record I wanted her on.," she tweeted Sunday (May 6).

"Everyone knows Lil Kim doesn't write her own raps and I saw this as a faster more efficient way of getting the track done."

"She then had her assistant write me some long ass offensive email about how Lil Kim writes her own raps and doesn't need anyone's help."

"So..... My question was and is still... IS SHE DOING THE TRACK?"

"Who cares about what you use to do.... WILL YOU DO THE TRACK??!"

"All this extra sh*t is stupid. Keep closing your own doors ma. @lilkim"

This was then followed by Kim and her camp issuing a statement.

"My client and azealia have NEVER spoke to one another or met AT ALL. Kim was actually very flattered azealia's public admiration for her, which is why it's so hard to understand how someone who claims to be a true Lil Kim fan could flip the script so easily on someone who was supposedly their idol. It is also VERY interesting that NO ONE from her team made any attempts to reach out to anyone from our team to voice any concerns or problems that they may have had. I have NEVER heard of anyone having a conflict with someone they have NEVER met with or personally spoke with. We have no idea what they are referencing and have no desire to discuss the matter any further as there is nothing to talk about. It honestly seems that someone from azealia's team would rather have her fans buy into manufactured drama instead of buying music." [sic] (All Hip Hop)

Immediately after Kim's response, Banks used the opportunity to taunt her move.

All i can conclude is this chick is looking for attention...this is definitely some type of publicity stunt, and a childish one at that. I guess she managed to get some attention, cos i went on to listen and watch two of her videos on Youtube. From the two tracks i heard, i can say she has got some skills, but she isn't trying to be an emcee or anything. She is focusing more on appealing to white Americans and Europeans. Her style is definitely not straight up hip hop.

I also got to know that she is 20 years old...i already guessed that she was young reading her tweets anyway. How do you blast someone on twitter from no where...someone you wanted to work with- you disrespect the person, and you keep asking if she is still interested in doing the track with you or not. Does this chick not have a management behind her? Or is it the team that are giving her this leads?

And the thing about "everybody knowing that lil kim doesn't write her own lyrics" is foreign to me. That's the same way people said Fat Joe never wrote his lyrics, that Big Pun wrote them for him. Forgetting that Fat Joe was rapping before Pun came on the scene. Fat Joe actually signed Pun to Terror Squad around 97, and Joe had already dropped two albums by then. Then after Pun died, they said he was using Pun's rhyme book.

The thing i don't like about stuff like what Azealia Bank's or what ever her name is is doing is that, the million's of people that don't know any better would just jump on what she said, and believe it wholeheartedly. And, i searched the whole web, and found only about 4 songs to her name. Why you talk shit and can't back it up? She needs to stay in her lane, and just do her. Focus on having a career first Azealia, then you can run your mouth if you want.
