First Week Sales Prediction Of Meek Mill's Dreams & Nightmares Album

I do this with every rap/hip hop album that drops- where I try and predict what it would sell in its first week in stores. And with Meek Mill being the hottest thing out of Hip Hop right now, it ain't a doubt that I would for his album. Dreams & Nightmares is Meek's debut album, and it drops next week Tuesday, October 30th to be precise. I would predict that it'd sell between 150-180k first week.

He has built a fan base over the years, and the two tracks I have heard from it- the album intro, and Maybach Curtains- speak a lot about what the quality of the album would be like. I think it would be a very dope album. I heard the album intro this morning, and i can say he took time to make it flawless...i like the first part of the intro better, but I am sure more people would like the second part better.

3rd Week Sales of Rick Ross's "God Forgives, I Don't" Album

Rick Ross sold 43,000 copies of his 5th album, God Forgives, I Don't this week, and is now at a three week total of 322,000. That is 178k short of a Gold plaque. I see it achieving that in about 6 weeks. He has always been a Gold selling artist, but it would be nice to see him go Platinum once. I am hoping he can do that with this album, but if not, he is still cool.

Third Week Sales of Nas's Life Is Good Album

Nas's 10th album, Life Is Good has been out 3 weeks now, and on its third week on the charts, it sold 32,000 copies, and now totals at 226,000. I would love if this album could go GOLD, but with the look of things, it might just stall at 400k.





Nas needs to drop a new single/video from the album...their are a lot of tracks that are potentials singles, so that shouldn't be hard. Maybe Summer on Smash with Swiz Beatz or Reachout with Mary J Blige.

Waka Flocka Flame's Triple F Life 3rd Week Sales

Waka Flocka Flame's second album, Triple F Life sold 8,600 copies in its 3rd week in stores, and now totals at 56,000 copies. I hope he makes it to 200,000 copies total with this album.

Third Week Sales of Big K.R.I.T's Live From The Underground Album

Big K.R.I.T sold 6,600 copies of his Live From The Underground album in its third week out; the album is now at a total sales of 60,000 copies so far.
