J.Cole's 'Born Sinner' Album Release Date and Cover-Art

Roc Nation rapper, J.Cole just let the world into how the cover-art of his second album is going to look like. Cole's Born Sinner album, which was originally scheduled to drop on June 25th, has been moved to a week earlier. He was going against Wale's The Gifted with his June 25th date, but he is now going against Kanye West. Kanye's 6th album, Yeezus is also scheduled to drop on June 18.

I think this will actullay help his sales, as opposed to doing the opposite. Analysists and even 50 Cent himself admitted to his 2007 face-off with Kanye (they dropped albums on the same day) helping him sell more. So, this is going to be advantageous for J.Cole. On another note, I kinda don't like the album title and the cover art. But ofcos, it is going to be a great album. Cole has taken a lot of time out to work on this, and it sure will be better than his first album. Definitely.

  1. He said he missed out on the Nas 'Stay' instrumental, so we'll see what he did with the tracks he got.

  2. Yea, and he also missed out on Rick Ross's "Tears of Joy" instrumental. I have a strong feeling this album is going to be classic material.
