Miguel Injures Female Fan With 'Leg-Drop Jump Into Crowd'

Last night, at the Billboard Music Awards ceremony, Miguel got super exicted during his performance of "Adorn", and jumped into the crowd. He made a leg-drop move crashing into the crowd, and injured a female fan. He actually landed on her head. People have been making up jokes about this all day on twitter.


















Thank God the girl didn't suffer any serious injuries. Miguel twitted this later on-
