40 Props To Eminem At 40

Eminem turned 40 on Thursday, 17th of October  We are getting quite a number of 40 year old rappers on the hip hop scene...Jay-Z (42), Fat Joe (42), Snoop (40), Dr. Dre (47), Raekwon (42)...Back in the early 90s, I would have never thought it possible that rappers would still be dropping verses into their 40s, but no one really knew where Hip Hop was headed. I would like to point that Hip Hop is a relatively new genre of music...barely 40 years old itself.

Anyway, back to what this post is originally about. vibe.com put together 40 props other rappers have given Eminem through his highly successful career, and I have decided to post them here. They are really interesting cos they give you a perspective of his peers towards his career. Eminem himself has said on wax that if he were black, he would have sold half...which means, although he is an extremely talented and skilled rapper, his skin colour plays a factor in how successful he turned out. Personally, I consider him one of the G.O.A.T's, I can't chose one person. But if I was to go with 5 G.O.A.T's, it would  have to be Eminem, Tupac, Jay-Z, Nas, and Biggie.

Below are some of the props Eminem has gotten from his peers through his highly successful career so far-
