Lil Wayne Already Working on New Material

Lil Wayne's Carter 4 album dropped 7 weeks ago, and he is already working on new material. First we heard he was working on the collabo album with Juelz Santana (I Can't Feel My Face), now Young Money President, Mack Maine has come forward to reveal that Lil Wayne is actually working on two projects right now- The follow-up to his 2010 Rebirth, and I Am Not A Human Being 2.

Young Money Records President Mack Maine exclusively revealed to MTV News that not only is Weezy about to lay down tracks for a sequel to his Rebirth rock album, but the "How to Love" hitmaker is already knee-deep in recording a follow-up to 2010'sI Am Not a Human Being LP. "He's, like, 12 songs in, and he went crazy. He went left. He's in Martian land right now," Mack said of I Am Not a Human Being 2. "On I Am Not a Human Being, he is definitely showing some weirdo, left-brain, I'm-not-from-here type side. He can say what he wants. There are no boundaries, there are no limits." (MTV)






Lil Wayne is everywhere right now, almost collaborating in every genre of music, and he is about to drop two more albums? Men! I hope it doesn't get to a point where people just get tired of seeing him...or hearing him. Maybe he should go away for a while, and let people miss him. But i have to credit him for holding it down this long. He has had a really long run with it. Since he gained that crazy buzz in 2007, he has been untop of things. And he has a dedicated fan-base.


As i said on one of my post, i think he is the michael jackson of hip hop...he has dedicated his whole life to rap, and he might not know how to live a life without it. I don't know, i am just saying, maybe that's the reason he can't take some time off. The only time he did that was when he was forced to do so...when he went to jail.
