Legendary rappers, Rah Digga, and Lord Jamar (who have a YouTube channel together) were on VLAD TV for an interview a few days ago, and they got asked about their opinions on Jussie Smollett faking his attack. Rah Digga said she was riding for the Empire actor in the beginning, but was shocked to find out he had planned the whole attack.
In case you didn't know, Jussie Smollett is an openly gay actor/singer on the TV show, Empire. A few weeks ago, there were reports online that he had been attacked by white men wearing MAGA (Make America Great Again) hats raining homophobic and racists words at him. After thorough police investigation, it was discovered that Jussie Smollett had hired two of his friends to fake-attack him because his role on Empire was about to be written off, and he thought that fake incidence would help keep him on the show.
During the course of the interview, Rah Digga talked about the negative impact Smollett's actions would have on other serious racist issues in America in the future.
"I would just hate that, you know, like something like this being made up now makes, you know, other racist issues seem like, you know, black folks are just bitching and moaning, and imagining things, and making stuff up."You can watch the full interview below...
