It's been a long time coming for Jeezy. The Atlanta rapper is about to drop his seventh studio album, Trap or Die 3, and I want to attempt to predict what it would sell in its first week out.
He is still on Def Jam, and you know Def Jam go hard with the marketing of their favorite artists...and Jeezy sure is one of their favorites over there. The album title is actually gotten from his Trap or Die mixtape series. So, instead of releasing the third installment of the mixtape series as a mixtape, he decided to ride the wave of the mixtape and cash in on that by actually selling it as an an album. The album cover is quite simple but catchy. I predict Jeezy's Trap or Die 3 album would sell between 80-100k copies first week.
The album drops next week Friday, 28th October, 2016.

I think the anticipation for this Album is greater than this last 2 albums. He was projected to do 67k first week of Church in these Strrets and he ended up doing 106-107k. I know it sounds like a stretch but I'm going to give him 127-135k first week of Trap or Die 3
ReplyDeleteHmm! Let's wait and see. We will know for sure by next week Friday.
ReplyDeleteJeezy needs a platinum Plat for this one
ReplyDeleteThe numbers are in...Trap or Die 3 sold 87k copies first week. I guess I was on point with this prediction.
