Jeezy Says The System Tried To Damage Michael Jackson's Image

In his latest interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Jeezy said the system tried to damage Michael Jackson's image. By the way, the system can stand for the government, white media owned outlets, or just rich white people. During the course of the interview, Jeezy spoke on the time he served in jail, and how it was orchestrated by the system because they felt he was becoming too powerful as a black man, and giving to much positive message and motivation to the people in the black community. He then went on to say that was the same thing the system did to Michael Jackson.

Read his words below.

"They don't want you to get to powerful. You look at what happened to Michael Jackson. When he was making 'Pretty Young Thing' it was cool. When he started making 'They Don't Care About Us, you know what I'm saying, they tried to make the man a pedophile. You know what I'n saying. They did that to him. They wanted to bring his credibility down cos he was the biggest star in the world. So if he starts singing about They Don't Care About Us and all these awareness it's like 'shit, they gone follow him.'So, it's like, lets bring him back down to you know what he was, and I feel like that's what they did to me when they locked me up."
