First Week Sales Prediction of Lecrae's Anomaly Album







Gospel rapper, Lacrae dropped his 7th album (Anomaly) today, and I want to predict what it would sell in it's first week out. Lacrae is the most commercially successful christian rapper till date, and he has a dedicated fan-base ready to hit the stores to get his album anytime he drops. Of cos his sub-genre of Hip Hop music might not have a market large enough to get him to platinum status, but he sure does good enough numbers anytime he drops an album. His last album (Gravity- 2012) sold 72,000 copies first week. I believe this one would sell slightly higher than that. I predict that Anomaly by Lacrae will sell between 80-95k copies first week.

    Update-
    Based on first day sales, experts at Hits Daily Double have projected Anomaly would sell between 75-80k first week. That's pretty close to my prediction from two days ago.

    The official numbers are in...Lecrae's Anamoly album sold 88,587 copies first week. I guess I was on point. Two weeks ago, i predicted it would sell between 80-95k first week.
