I think what i feel he is trying to say is that- in all the new generation of rappers out now, Drake is the greatest. I think i would agree with that. I know a lot of people would disagree and say J.Cole, or Big K.R.I.T, or Kendrick Lamar...but you have to understand what greatness means. Ask yourself- which rapper in Drake's age bracket has achieved the level of success he has? His first album was just a couple of tens of thousands from Gold frist week. Howmany rappers do that in this day and time?
His sophomore album is about to drop, and its success would finally silence a lot of haters. People keep saying his too emotional...he isn't hard enough...blah! blah! Must every rapper be gangster to be considered dope? He raps about what he knows about, and he does a great job. No one can say he doesn't do a great job as far as rap is concerned And he also sings...that is an added advantage.
