A lot is going on recently in the hiphop scene and i just want to use this post to break it down for you in one big piece. The first thing i am going to be talking about is the fact that Jay-Z recently, yesterday, went on a radio show and said his Take-over track was 100 times better than Nas's Ether. When i heard that, i was like What! Everybody has forgotten about that and everybody know ether was better. I think i would talk more on that on a later post.
On other news, Dr Dre had an interview with XXL Magazine and said Detox was finally going to drop sometime early next year.
Kanye West and Nicki Minaj are dropping albums a day apart latter this month and the streets are talking on who would have a higher first week sales. I would go for kanye's My Dark Twisted Side over Nicki's Pink Friday. Nicki has a huge buzz, but kanye has a huge fan base.
The lil man, Lil Wayne is back from jail and has already hit the studio. I heard he just recorded a song that is a lot like his hit track "a milli". I wish him all the best but i hope he don't burn out...the dude has recorded wayyyy to many songs in such a short time
