NIGERIAN FUJI MUSICIANS ARE MORE GANGSTA THAN NIGERIAN RAPPERS CLAIM TO BE.

I have noticed that Nigerian rappers do not live the life they rap about. All they do is try and copy their american conterparts, who truely went through hell before they made it through music. That is why they are always bragging about what they had, because they never thought they would have it. And they talk about gangsta life, because must of them have lived that life, because of the type of community(the housing projects, that were built to house blacks in their thousands) they grew up in.
You hear nigerian rappers, that went to secondary school, and even went up to the university level, talking all gangsta. Talking about beating somebody up, or killing somebody, or getting big money ilegally(thanks to yahoo yahoo, they can claim that one).
They have beefs, and talk about what they would do to the other party if they caught up with him, all talk.
Fuji musicians live what they talk about. They are the real gangsta's. They are the ones that had the kind of lifestyle that the american rappers had while growing up.
I read a lot, and i have read where it was suspected that a fuji musician set up another, because of some mis-understanding they had. And when i talk of set up, i mean a planned beat up.Recently, like last month, saheed oshupa was performing at a show, and he addressed his beef with another fuji musician, Malaika. Mr malaika felt offended, and he organised his boys(gang boys) to beat up oshupa. They stonned oshupa off stage, and broke the wind screen of his new chrysler 300cc.
Oshupa, recupurated, and got his own boys, and they destroyed the occassion, beating up anybody in sight. Now, that is gangsta.
You notice that these guys did not wait to another day to address the issue, or just yap about it in a song or so, they thugged out, and handled the situation how they know best to handle it.
They aint a thug by choice, like some nigerian rappers try to be.
Please note that i am not trying to celebrate the acts of this individuals, just trying to make a point.
