Both artist are on island def jam and will be dropping their albums on the same day, more like the showdown that kanye and 50cent had last year.
When asked about the showdown, luda said it was all love, that its more or less a coincidence that their albums would be dropping on the same day. He did add something though, asking if kanye would diss him in auto-tune if it came to that.
I wonder if kanye would take that as offensive. Auto-tune is a studio effect added to your voice in the studio that makes it come out electronic. In all his current featuring, he has used this mode, from the young jeezy song(i put on) to the swagger like us song(t.i and jay's song). His latest single, "love lock down" has him singing all through.
With this new style, one would wonder if kanye still wants to be called a rapper, or just an entertainer. He would definitely reach out to more market than luda, so i do not consider this a fare match.
Non the less, we'd have to look out on Monday 24 November, when the two albums drop, for the winner.
Luda has three singles out, "what girls like" feat chrisbrown, "undisputed" and "one more drink" featuring t-pain.
Both rappers clocked 31 this year, and have record labels of their own. Luda's "theatre of the mind" and kanye's "808 and heartbreaks" hit stores on November 24, a day earlier than they were expected to drop. WATCH OUT !!!!!!
