Update On Rick Ross January Drive-By Shooting

On the early mornings of his 37th birthday, back in January, Rick Ross was a victim of a drive-by shooting. He had been leaving a club in Fort Lauderdale (in Florida), where he was celebrating his birthday, when shots were fired at his Rolls Royce as he drove home with his girlfriend. To get away from the shots, he rammed his Phantom into a nearby building. Fortunately, no one was injured in the attack.














Arrests have not been made concerning this case, but the update on it is from witnesses who identified the drive-by car as a burgundy coloured BMW sedan...read further below-



A new Fort Lauderdale Police Report has revealed that witnesses have contacted authorities to reveal what they witnessed on the morning of January 18.
The Huffington Post reports that two witnessed identified an older model burgandy or marron BMW sedan or coupe pulling alongside the Maybach Music Group founder's Rolls Royce Phantom. Witnesses have been unable to identify a license plate number, but three or four suspects are believed to have been in the shooting car.
Eighteen bullet casings were discovered following the shooting, which forced Ross' to wreck his vehicle. Neither the rapper nor his passenger girlfriend, Shateria L. Moragne-el, were injured. (hiphopdx.com)
