Some are saying he wanted to reduce the turn-out at the occasion. Tuface is definitely the top of the list when it comes to celebrity musicians of this generation Nigeria. With the kind of love he receives, the venue of his wedding would have been packed. So, he most likely thought it would be a better idea to move it to a distant land where very moderate number of people can attend.
Some other people are saying he moved the wedding to Dubai to stop a possible disruption of the wedding by some of his other baby mothers. You see, Tuface is the most wanted baby father in Nigeria. I think he has kids from like half a dozen women. I am not too sure of the number though, cos I know people like to blow shit out of proportion. But, I do know that he has like 3 baby mamas for real. And one of them, Pero Adeniyi actually has 3 kids (the 3rd kid was born last year) for him, and she always thought she was the one Tuface was going to eventually marry. Imagine how this lady and her family members would have felt on that day, knowing that Tuface has 3 kids with her, and he is marrying another (although Annie is his first love) woman.
And the last reason a lot of people have is that Tuface wanted to make his wedding a very special and prestigious one. He probably wanted to make it classy, so he moved it to Dubai, so as to make sure it was only the classy people that had enough money to travel would go there. My brother was just telling me yesterday that some of our friends actually flew there for the wedding. I was like WHAT!!? I guess I have to step my game up. lol! Anyway, people are still vexing with Tuface for not inviting his childhood friend, and former band member, Blackface for his wedding. Well, what can I say? I wish Tuface all the best. Only he knows why. The dude has had his fare share of drama, so I pardon him for whatever reasons he has for moving his wedding to Dubai. And I will still buy his CDs. lol!
