Did Kendrick Lamar Murder Jay-Z

That's the question a lot of people have been asking online ever since the remix of Kendrick's song, Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe, featuring Jay-Z hit the internet yesterday. If you haven't heard it, you should check it out. The first verse from Kendrick was cool, then Jay came on with his normal braggadocio rap, and then Kendrick just came with a flow I haven't heard from him before, and...and...in fact, Jay got served.

It seems Jay is planning on dropping an album soon, cos this is what he normally does when he wants to get on the scene again...I mean, doing songs with the hottest out at the moment. Overall, I like the remix. Check out what Kendrick had to say about how the song came about-

"Jay-Z just came and just humbled the whole record. You just gotta go for what you know. ... I been hearing through the air, through Tata, Tata told me they liked the album -- we just reached out through mutual business partners, mutual business friends. Big John really set it up, a cat by the name of Big John -- really just reached out to Jay and Jay gave it a go. ... Jay laid his joint [verse] and set the whole tone. He just humbled it all the way down, man. The stuff he was saying on there was incredible and it inspired me to just go in and do what I do, to the best of my abilities."

It's cool that Jay got on a song with a younger generation rapper that has quality in his music, and it is obvious that Kendrick is awestruck to have Jay on his song, but Jay's verse was nothing really super special...it was just aiight...I heard better verses from Jay. But, ofcos, people would blow shit out of proportion. I like the song tho. Donwload it here- Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe Remix
