Yea, i think that should be why people hate Jay-Z and Beyonce so much. They are the power couple. The richest most successful rapper, with the richest most successful r&b artist. People most be like- "why should their life be so perfect?" But, i also think it's because of how B and J show off. Cos, really there have been other musicians with a lot of money that weren't hated as much. People didn't hate Michael Jackson cos he was rich?
People don't hate Mariah Carey and Nick Canon. Okay, Canon is not as rich as Jay-Z but, they are still a rich couple both in the music industry. I think the only reason i can come up with on why people hate Jay and Beyonce so much is because they brag a lot and flaunt their wealth in the public eye...through their lyrics and music videos. People get tired of too much of that. They might love you at first, but they end up hating.
When one of my friends heard jay made a song for his kid, he said blatantly- "I hate that guy". As i said, i neither hate nor love them. Of cos, i do appreciate all they have contributed to the music industry. If i hear a Jay-Z song i like, i bump it...If i hear a Beyonce song i like, i bump it. I don't really hate anyone. I might not like somethings you do, but i just guess it is a waste of time and energy hating another man.
I am true Fan of HOV's Hustle and Music. He Character is what emboides a true hustler and businessman. But I think the hate is more becuase Jay and B does things that most can't understand. Jay brags about things in songs but the content and things he speak on are not something you can go buy in a mall. So I think it makes those who are not familiar mad. I say that to say all rapper brag and make songs about what they got or doing. But the difference is Jay is really doing it and it makes them mad.

I say that to say Puff has a little bit more money than Jay and he is not hated, because he still does hood S*&t to make him still down. I hate the Illuminate crap which make no sense that if you are black the only way you can make it to be a devil worshiper with means we as Black people can't just work hard. Chruch goers pastors are brainwashing their Flock to believe that they are the only ones to be rich. (wealthy)
ReplyDeleteYeah, i think i agree with you. It is very true. You can never really predict how you are going to be thinking when you get a certain level of success. I am sure diddy wouldn't be doing all he does if he was married and had some form of everyday responsibilities.
ReplyDeletejust ask yourself one thing,whats it takes them to be who they are. if i like people, i dig deep to understand their fame. i did the same to Jay and Bhh and mt final conclusion was that i don't like their religion and the way they put it in their music without people knowing it. anyway i like them as people but i don't like their music.
