J.Cole, who's album (Cole World: The Sideline Story) recently leaked on the internet, is planning a concert where he would sell tickets for $1. Hmm! Is that a good way of marketing or what? I think it is great. His album is to drop next week, but has already leaked on the internet.
Cole will perform this Sunday (September 25) in New York City for a $1 entry fee, reports XXLMag.com. The show will take place at the Roseland Ballroom.
The aptly-titled A Dollar and a Dream concert are on sale now at three Jimmy Jazz locations in the city: two in Harlem on 132 West 125th Street and 239 West 125th Street, and in Brooklyn at 442 Fulton Street.
Tickets will also go on sale at noon the day of the show at the Roseland Ballroom. The show starts at 7:00 PM.
There will be an official New York signing for Cole World on Tuesday (September 27) at 6:00 PM at J&R Music World. Fans will have to pre-order the disc at the store to get their album signed. (hiphopdx.com)
