It is normal for people to date people in the same circle as them, so when rappers date female singers, or female rappers date basketball players, it is to be expected. Def Jam rapper, Iggy Azalea is currently dating Los Angeles Lakers player, Nick Young, and during her recent interview with Hot 97 FM The Breakfast Club crew, she revealed how they met.
"Nick...He said he had a crush on me on Instagram, and then...We got set up by my friend actually. We have the same friends, and so they kind of...smashed us together."She also spoke on where they went on their first date.
"It's kind of funny actually...we uhm! We went out to dinner after this...to a real dinner, just for the record, before Charlamagne gets involved. But I was like 'Target is my favorite place. I want to go to Target.' And so, I made him...you can really get to know someone in Target...I was like, what kind of quills are you into, like what's your favorite movie, what kind of snacks you like."
