Back in the late 90s, Mos Def and Talib Kweli were a Hip Hop duo called Black Star...but just for a short while. They released a dope album as Black Star titled, Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star in 1998, and they had most of their beats made by Hi Tek.
