Nas's Illmatic Album To Be Re-Released

Get On Down Records are planing a re-release of Nas's debut album, Illmatic (1994). No release date has been chosen yet, but it would probably be pretty soon. They are the ones behind the re-release of Raekwon's Purple Tape- Only Built For Cuban Linx album a couple of weeks back.

I remember buying a re-release of Illmatic back in college, 2004 to be precise. That was the 10 year anniversary of the album, and it had like 4 extra tracks or so...it was really cool. I am sure this re-release will also have some extra goodies up in there. I will keep the Nas fans posted on when it is to drop as soon as I get any new info on it.
