Birdman Buys New Home For $14.5 Million

Brian Williams, a.k.a Baby, a.k.a Birdman just paid $14.5 million dollars for a Miami mansion that once belonged to beat maker, Scott Storch. Storch had the house reposed from him in 2010, when he went broke, and Birdman bought the house from Russell Weiner (Rockstar Energy drink founder), who paid $7 mill for it when it was foreclosed.

In case you don't know, Birdman is the co-owner of Cash Money Records, which he founded with his brother, Ronald "Slim" Williams, in the 90s. Ironically, Slim also just bought a new home- the biggest house in South Florida, and paid $7.15 million cash for it...cash money. This men are definitely cashing out no doubt. Why wont they, when they own artists like Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Drake and Tyga...and own masters to old Hot Boys recordings (Hot Boys was a successful rap group in the late 90s that consisted Juvenile, Young Turk, Lil Wayne and B.G), Big Tymers recordings, and Juvenile recordings.

The $14.5 million mansion has 9 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, 25 foot ceilings, a below ground pool, an outdoor pool with Cabana, a theatre, a gym, a spa area, an in-house massage room, 100 feet of waterfront, and a private dock. You can check out some pics of the house below-
