I have to say that throughout my 13 years or more of being a Nas fan, i have never seen him do more promo for an album that he is currently doing. He is all over the place, and updating fans with something new every 2 weeks or so. I just like the fact that he still is staying true to who he is and not using any usual gimmicks used by sellout rappers. I hope this album turns out a success commercially...i already know, judging from what i have heard so far, that he will not disappoint with the quality of the album itself. He just dropped the video for The Don last month, and now he is about to drop the video for the "Daughters" single.
I like the fact that his daughter actually appears in the video...it seemed her mother (Carmen Bryan) was making the world believe that Destiny wasn't happy about the song, but i guess not...probably she was not happy with the song, or she just wanted to get some attention. She already tried to assassinate Nas's character with her " It's no Secret" book. Anyway, enough of that, check out the pics from Nas's third single (Daughter's) video shoot below-
The first pic above is of Nas, Destiny Jones, June Ambrose (a famous make-up artist), and the video director, Chris Robinson.
On related news, the pics below are from Nas and Destiny...probably on the way to the location of the shoot, or just father-daughter hanging out. I just decided to include them here.
