Vibe magazine has been around for a long time. Before they started really paying attention to the online side of things, they have been covering the Hip Hop culture for a while in the print media, and have a great reputation. They recently put up the artists they consider "The 20 Greatest Musical Geniuses Since 1993." Although I think they got it right with most names on the list, I think the placements are a bit off. And I also think there is a difference between popularity, and being a Musical Genius.
