Well, what can I say. It might or might not be true. Maino does have a new mixtape (King of Brooklyn 3) out, and is currently promoting it. But on the other hand. there is word out that Lala and Carmelo are in an open marriage, which means they can see other people. Maybe Lala picked an interest in Maino, and didn't think his baby mama would be any drama.
