Tony Yayo Says G-Unit Is Done

Back in 2003, 50 Cent's G-Unit crew was the biggest on the hip hop scene. Tony Yayo was his right hand man from the start, but he was in Jail at the time, so Young Buck was recruited to fill in his place. Once Yayo got out in 2004, he was set...a house, cars, and a Gold selling album . His homie, 50 made sure all that was possible. But it seems, over the years the relationship with the founding Unit members (50, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo) has gone sour. They no longer keep in touch with each other, and with the recent departure of 50 Cent from Shady-Aftermath/Interscope Records, it seems the G Unit general is not carrying his homies along no more. That's what a series of Instagram posts and tweets from Tony Yayo seem to imply. Check them out below...

"To much stress i flew the world already dropped an album time to try new things and the unit not together fuck it...To many bitch ass niggas want you to brown nose all the time homie,..50 ain’t rocking with me and Banks the same. I layed my life down for the unit but you live and learn."

Hmm! Did Yayo believe he was going to be with 50 Cent all his life? That is not how the world works...no venture can last forever. Fuck it; no friendship can last forever. Yayo, you are a 35 year old man, go do your thing...it ain't too late to start building your own empire.

Check out his tweets speaking on loyalty below

I remember Yayo was always being big on loyalty, and how he would always say he would forever stay loyal to 50...he always said Game was disloyal and didn't play his position while at the Unit. Now, who is better-of? Game is still making millions, and still dropping albums. I ain't saying Loyalty is not important in life, but you got to be a man of yourself...you have to build your own empire, and not live up another man's dreams all your life.
