First Week Sales Projections of Kendrick Lamar's "To Pimp a Butterfly" Album

Kendrick Lamar's second studio album, dropped on Tuesday (a week earlier than planned), and its first week sales projections are out. Hits Daily Double projected the album would sell between 300-325k first week.

This is an improvement from what his first album, Good Kid Maad City sold (240k first week) when it was released in October of 2012, but I was pegging this album at doing around 500k first week. One thing I do know, like the last album, this one is going to be on the charts for a long time, and sell tons of copies.

Congrats to Kendrick and his team...and also his very annoying fans that almost made me hate the kid. lol!
