Time for some alternative music. One of Nigeria's most talented producers, Don Jazzy recently signed a new act to his label, Mavin Records. Di'Ja is a Nigerian singer-songwriter who was already making waves in Canada, before coming down to motherland to pursue her career further. She released her first single off her new deal, Yaro this morning. I actually decided to put up this post before I heard the song, cos she looked like a rapper. But, I later found out her music is more of R&B/Alternative music...I decided to go on with it anyway, cos the song is creative. She delivers in a mix of English and Hausa dialect.
