Joe Budden Says Nicki Minaj is Not a Lyricist

Last week Thursday, Joe Budden got interviewed by DJ Akademiks, and they got talking about the Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma beef. Along the line of the discussion, Budden said Nicki Minaj's response to Remy Ma's Shether was weak, and that Nicki is not a lyricist. Do you agree with him?

“I’m saying Nicki put out three records. I was telling you that when you put out three records, not just the one diss, you’re rolling out now. This is your team; you’ve concocted this right. Them sh-ts came and went, and trust me, I’m dying to say something nice about Nicki Minaj and her music because I’ve been so hard on her, but those songs came and went. Nicki Minaj is not a lyricist. She should stop tweeting lyrics, it’s not helping at all, said Joe Budden."

Kinda true what he said about the songs coming and going quickly. I can't even remember the titles of the two other songs. No Frauds is not that a bad song though, it just isn't a great diss song. 

Nicki Minaj's Response to Remy Ma (Pics)

Like 9 days ago when Remy Ma dropped her Nicki Minaj diss track (Shether), everyone thought we were going to have a lot of back and forth disses from the two female rappers, but Nicki has shown that she is not ready to go bar for bar with the Terror Squad first lady. In fact, in a recent interview, Funk Flex said he heard from a reliable source that Nicki said she wasn't going to give Remy any attention by responding to her on wax. Nicki might be playing it cool and all, but from all her recent moves online, it is obvious she wasn't expecting such a shattering blow from Remy, so she decided the right path to go was to respond by showing the world that she was not bothered, and thus she has resorted to posting multiple pictures of herself in very sexy poses.




I guess her response to the Remy Ma diss is to try and show the world that she is sexier, bigger, and more successful than Remy. Below are some of the pictures she has posted on her Instagram since the Shether diss dropped.

The Hip Hop world was hit with a bombshell on Saturday when Remy Ma dropped her Nicki Minaj diss record, Shether. The two female rappers had been throwing subliminal shots at each other for a couple of months now, but this Shether track which people are saying dismantled Nicki Minaj was very direct. Three days since it was released, and nothing yet from Nicki Minaj.

Nicki Minaj Called DJ Envy and Charlamagne Fake for Not Supporting Her Against Remy Ma

The hottest thing in Hip Hop right now is the Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj beef. A lot of Nicki Minaj fans have said Nicki wasn't taking shots at Remy Ma, but that is a lie. On Monday morning, on his show (The Breakfast Club show), Charlamagne said Nicki texted her and DJ Envy calling them fake and phony for supporting Remy Ma's Shether joint, but not supporting her own two diss verses thrown at Remy Ma days before Shether dropped.
