Official First Week Sales of 2 Chainz Based On A T.R.U Story Album

2 Chainz dropped his debut album (Based On A T.R.U Story) last week Tuesday, 14th August, and after a full week in stores, it sold a total of 147,000 copies. I think this is very cool for a debut album in the present climate of hip hop. If he steadies well on the chart, he might end up going Gold.

In case you don't know, he was formerly with the group, Playaz Circle under Ludacris's Disturbing The Peace label, where he went by the name Tity Boi.
