Rap Albums on Billboard Chart

Drake's Take Care album is still the highest selling album on the billboard chart. Take Care sold 173,000 in its second week, to now total at 804,000 copies after just two weeks on the chart. It would definitely go platinum in 2 more weeks.

Lil Wayne has a surprise leap in sales this week. His Carter 4 went from selling 25,000 copies last week, to selling 59,000 copies this week. If you remember, i predicted this. I said it would pick up sales when Drake's album drops. Plus the holiday season is close, and that has always been known to double artists sales.

Yelawolf's  debut album, Radioactive sold 41,000 after one week in stores. Wale's Ambition album sold 25,000 copies this week, and is now at a total of 256,000. Webbie's Savage Life 3 sold 9,000 copies this week, to total at 39,000 copies.

Tech N9ne Collabos, Wellcome To Strangeland sold 5,100 copies this week, to now stand at a total of 38,000. The legendary Rap duo, Mobb Deep dropped their 5 track EP last week, and Black Cocaine did 4,300 copies after a week in stores.
