His last album, The R.E.D Album (2011) had way more promotion, and sold 98,000 copies first week. I think Game's next move is a wise one. Going independent with his own label (Rolex Records) will pay him big time. Selling this range on an independent label is big money, compared to being on a major label where he probably gets like a dollar on each CD...instead of $5 and above on an indie label.
