Rihanna Named No.1 Artist of Last 2 Decade (1992-2012)

Robyn Rihanna Fenty, a.k.a Rihanna just got awarded title of the No. 1 artist of The Last 2 Decades by Billboard. You can say this and that about her personal life, but you can't front on the girl's work ethic. She dropped her first album in 2005, 7 years ago, and she is currently gearing up to drop her 7th album, Unapologetic- which is due out November 19.

Having first arrived on Pop Songs only as recently as 2005, her accomplishments are exceptional. She has the most chart appearances(34), the most top 10s (21) and the most No. 1s (nine, a mark she shares with the No. 6 artist, Katy Perry). She's reigned with "Umbrella" and shined with "Diamonds," the latter of which debuts this week. The top artist of Billboard's Pop Songs chart's first 20 years is ...:

I remember telling a friend of mine back in 2008 that I thought Rihanna would soon have more achievements than Beyonce, and he said that wouldn't happen...we had like an hour long argument. As I said, you can't hate who the girl decides to fall in love with, or some other things about her private life, but if you say she doesn't have talent, or she hasn't been consistent with her act, then you are just hating.
