Eldee Undeniable Quick Review

Since Eldee discovered the winning formula with his Bosi Gban Gban hit about 5 years ago, he has stuck to that lane, and he sure has garnered fans of that sing-song style of hip hop music. I have to say I am a fan of eldee when he raps, but that doesn't mean I can't listen to some feel good music from him. This is Eldee's 5th album, and it is titled Undeniable- I will do a quick review of it. By the way, it dropped 2 days ago- July 1.

This album is an eleven tracker, and I like that the 6th track is a skit, so it serves as a breather. 5 tracks, a skit, and the next 5 tracks. The first track off the album is his very popular party track, Higher featuring k9 and Sojay. This track was very popular last year and earlier this year, so this would definitely catch the attention of anyone that just throws the album into a disc player.

Been There Done That is track 2, and its topic has become a norm with most of El's albums- where he states his stance in the Nigerian music industry and his humble beginning. From there, the album goes up tempo with his Today Today track, which is a track about living the "player" life alone and getting married to the one you love. It definitely would get a lot of plays at weddings, as there is already a video to help promote the track. He continues in the spirit of making songs for the ladies on Always and the Banky W assisted track, Rundown.

The skit comes on after the 5th track, and track 7 is Category, which is very similar to Bosi Gban Gban in beat and flow, but not in topic. He mostly brags of his achievements on this track. As with all the tracks on this album, production is tight. After this, Wash Wash comes, and f you have been a fan of Eldee from back when he was with his group (Trybe Men), you would be familiar with the concept of this track- the clownish broken English rap, mocking some particular type of people. Never Let You Go which features Wizkid is next, and is definitely a party banger; I see it becoming popular in the near feature.

Zombie is track 9, and it is a fine blend of afro-beat and techno. If you know what fela's Zombie track was about, you would have an idea what this track is about. The last track on the album, We Made It is the track any and every true rap lover should look out for. Eldee chronicles his journey so far, starting the story from when he was 13. His delivery, when he raps is still on-point. But what makes this track so special is the Sojay feature on it. By the way, Sojay is a rapper signed to Eldee's Trybes Record 2.0 label.

This is not a rap album, but for what it is i would give it 8/10. Production in on point through out. If you like "feel good" and party tracks, you should definitely get this album. You can preview it hear- NotJustOk
